Information requested may include:

  • First name;

  • Email address;

  • Attendee or Vendor role;

  • Vendor business name;

  • Vendor table number;

  • Show participation information; and

Participation status, posts, Matches, Deals, vendor table information and similar information may nevertheless be associated with a specific Event.

4. ACCOUNT AUTHENTICATION AND SECURITY

Streaming Card Show may authenticate users through a verification code sent to the email address associated with the account or through another authentication mechanism we make available.

You are responsible for maintaining control over your:

  • Email account;

  • Verification codes;

  • Device;

  • Browser session; and

  • Streaming Card Show account.

You may not allow another person to impersonate you through your account.

You must notify Streaming Card Show if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

  • Otherwise violates these Terms.

5. WEB APP AGE REQUIREMENT

The Web App is not directed to children under thirteen (13).

Individuals under thirteen should not create their own Web App accounts.

If Streaming Card Show learns that personal information has been knowingly collected from a child under thirteen without legally sufficient parental authorization, we may take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors attending Events.

6. SHOW CODES

Interactive Show functionality may require a valid Show Code.

Show Codes are generally intended to allow eligible people associated with a particular Event to join that Event’s Web App experience.

Possession of a Show Code does not independently grant:

  • Event admission;

  • A Ticket;

  • Vendor status;

  • A right to Event participation; or

  • Any other entitlement.

Show Codes may not be:

  • Sold;

  • Commercially distributed;

  • Scraped;

  • Automatically generated or tested;

  • Used to gain unauthorized access;

  • Used to circumvent eligibility restrictions; or

  • Used for fraudulent purposes.

Streaming Card Show may rate-limit, block or otherwise restrict Show Code attempts to protect the integrity of the Services.

7. ATTENDEE AND VENDOR ROLES

When joining a Show, Participants may be asked to identify themselves as an Attendee or Vendor.

Vendors may be asked to provide their business name and table number.

Unless expressly verified by Streaming Card Show, information entered by a Vendor—including a table number—is self-reported.

Displaying a Vendor’s information through the Web App does not constitute:

  • Verification of inventory;

  • Verification of identity;

  • Verification of table location;

  • Authentication of merchandise;

  • Endorsement of the Vendor; or

  • A guarantee of the Vendor’s conduct.

8. PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE WEB APP

The Streaming Card Show Web App is designed primarily as an in-person Show companion.

Its purpose is to help Participants at or associated with an applicable Streaming Card Show:

  • Find cards they are looking for;

  • Identify cards other Participants have available;

  • Discover potential buyers or sellers;

  • Receive Matches;

  • Locate Vendors or Show meeting areas;

  • Follow activity connected to a Show;

  • Indicate completed interactions; and

  • Participate in other Show-related features made available by Streaming Card Show.

Unless expressly introduced and identified by Streaming Card Show in the future, the Web App does not currently provide:

  • Buyer-to-seller payment processing;

  • Escrow;

  • Shipping;

  • Fulfillment;

  • Remote transactions;

  • Remote card sales;

  • Remote card purchases;

  • Private buyer-to-seller messaging;

  • Authentication;

  • Grading;

  • Appraisal;

  • Transaction insurance;

  • Buyer protection;

  • Seller protection; or

  • Transaction guarantees.

The Web App should not be understood as an online card dealer, auction house or remote card marketplace merely because cards or collectibles are displayed through it.

9. PHYSICAL SHOW PARTICIPATION

Interactive Web App functionality is intended principally for authorized Participants associated with a Streaming Card Show.

Persons who are not participating in an Event may be able to view public Show information or public share pages, but public viewing does not authorize that person to:

  • Represent themselves as an Event Participant;

  • Post cards;

  • Respond to Matches;

  • Indicate that they are participating when they are not;

  • Conduct remote transactions through the Web App; or

  • Circumvent Show participation requirements.

Streaming Card Show may restrict interactive features to eligible Participants.

10. LOOKING POSTS AND SELLING POSTS

Eligible Participants may create posts identifying items they are seeking or items they have available.

You are solely responsible for information and content you submit.

You agree that your posts will not:

  • Knowingly contain false or materially misleading information;

  • Misrepresent merchandise;

  • Offer stolen property;

  • Represent counterfeit merchandise as authentic;

  • Facilitate unlawful transactions;

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;

  • Contain fraudulent statements;

  • Contain harassment or threats;

  • Contain obscene or unlawful material;

  • Include malicious links or code;

  • Constitute unauthorized spam; or

  • Otherwise violate these Terms.

Streaming Card Show may remove, restrict, reject or disable posts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Services or comply with law.

The appearance of a post does not mean Streaming Card Show has inspected, authenticated, graded, approved or endorsed the merchandise.

11. MATCHES

The Web App may identify potential Matches between Participants.

Matches are informational only.

Streaming Card Show does not guarantee that:

  • A particular item exists;

  • A seller owns or possesses an item;

  • An item is authentic;

  • A description is accurate;

  • A photograph accurately represents an item;

  • A grade is accurate;

  • A stated condition is accurate;

  • A Participant is currently available;

The Web App may direct Participants to:

  • A Vendor’s table;

  • A designated Show meeting area; or

  • Another appropriate location associated with the Event.

A displayed table or meeting location is provided as a convenience.

Streaming Card Show does not guarantee that:

  • The Participant will be present;

  • The displayed location is current;

  • Merchandise will remain available; or

  • A transaction will occur.

Participants remain responsible for their personal safety and property.

13. DEAL RECORDS

The Web App may allow a Participant to indicate that a Deal associated with a post has been completed.

Deal records may be used for:

  • Event analytics;

  • Product analytics;

  • Measuring Show activity;

  • Improving matching functionality;

  • Understanding Web App usage; and

  • Other legitimate operational purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

A Deal record is not:

  • A sales receipt;

  • Proof of payment;

  • Proof of ownership;

  • Proof of authenticity;

  • Proof of delivery;

  • Proof of condition;

  • An appraisal;

  • A grading determination;

  • A warranty;

  • A contract issued by Streaming Card Show; or

  • A guarantee of the underlying transaction.

Streaming Card Show is not a party to the underlying transaction.

14. FUTURE SHOW ACTIVITY

The Web App may include information or posts associated with an upcoming Streaming Card Show.

A Vendor may be permitted to indicate an intention to participate in a future Show.

An indication such as “I’ll Be There” or similar functionality reflects a Participant’s stated intention at that time and does not constitute a guarantee that the person or Vendor will ultimately attend.

Future:

  • Events;

  • Vendor attendance;

  • Table locations;

  • Inventory;

  • Posts;

  • Event schedules; and

  • Web App functionality

may change.

15. PUBLIC SHARE PAGES

Streaming Card Show may make certain Show and post information publicly accessible, including through shareable links.

  • Participant records; or

  • Other information designated by Streaming Card Show as private.

  • Operate the Services;

  • Display posts;

  • Generate Matches;

  • Provide public share functionality;

  • Protect and secure the Services;

  • Investigate misuse;

  • Improve the Services; and

  • Promote Streaming Card Show activity where the content has been made public.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Delack Media Group.

  • May be subject to a limit of one entry per person; and

  • Are subject to any additional eligibility requirements, entry periods, drawing procedures or prize-claim requirements applicable to the particular promotion.

Winners may be selected at random from eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Streaming Card Show may establish reasonable procedures for verifying eligibility and claiming prizes and may disqualify entries reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraud, duplication, manipulation, misrepresentation or violation of applicable promotional rules.

Unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional rules, a winner need not make a purchase in order to receive a prize.

If a Minor is eligible to participate in a particular giveaway or free prize drawing, participation must occur with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Streaming Card Show may require a prize awarded to a Minor to be accepted by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian.

Streaming Card Show may publish additional official rules for a particular promotion. If additional official rules conflict with this Section with respect to a particular promotion, the specific official rules for that promotion control to the extent permitted by law.

30.1 OCTOBER 17, 2026 FIRST 50 PROMOTION

In connection with the October 17, 2026 Streaming Card Show at The Community House in Hinsdale, Illinois, the first fifty (50) eligible persons to obtain a promotional drawing entry at the designated Event entrance or giveaway-entry location will each receive one (1) free entry into the applicable promotional prize drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

Purchasing an Event Ticket, purchasing Merchandise from a Vendor, making a transaction through or in connection with the Event, or making any other purchase is not required to obtain a promotional drawing entry.

A person who does not purchase admission to the Event may request a free promotional drawing entry at the designated Event entrance or giveaway-entry location, subject to the same eligibility requirements and first-fifty (50) availability limitation applicable to all entrants.

Receipt of a free promotional drawing entry does not constitute Event admission and does not entitle the recipient to enter areas of the Event for which a valid Ticket or other admission credential is required.

Streaming Card Show may require entrants to be present at the Event or at a designated drawing location at the announced drawing time in order to claim a prize, provided that any such requirement is disclosed before entry or in the applicable promotional rules.

Prizes, drawing times, drawing locations, eligibility requirements and prize-claim procedures may be announced on the Streaming Card Show Website, at the Event, on promotional materials or through other official Streaming Card Show communications.

Promotional drawing entries may not be purchased, sold or exchanged for value.

The sponsor and administrator of this promotion is Delack Media Group, LLC, operator of Streaming Card Show.

Use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

Streaming Card Show is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

35. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, Event participation and use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

36. BINDING ARBITRATION

36.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to:

  • These Terms;

  • The Website;

  • The Web App;

  • A Ticket;

  • An Event;

  • Vendor participation;

  • Event admission;

  • Participant transactions;

  • Web App activity; or

  • Related Streaming Card Show Services

shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than litigation in court.

The parties knowingly waive the right to a trial before a judge or jury for claims covered by this arbitration agreement.

36.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, the complaining party should provide written notice describing the dispute and requested relief.

The parties shall make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally before filing arbitration.

36.3 Arbitration Administrator

Arbitration shall be administered by ADR Systems before one neutral arbitrator under applicable ADR Systems rules.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, proceedings may be conducted through ADR Systems in Chicago, Illinois.

If ADR Systems is unavailable or unwilling to administer the dispute, an appropriate substitute arbitration provider may be selected consistent with applicable law.

36.4 Arbitrator Authority

Subject to applicable law, the arbitrator shall have authority to resolve questions concerning interpretation, applicability and enforceability of this arbitration agreement.

36.5 Award

The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction.

36.6 Costs and Fees

Arbitration fees shall be allocated in accordance with applicable law and arbitration rules.

The arbitrator may award attorneys’ fees or other expenses where authorized by law.

36.7 Individual Proceedings and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims must proceed on an individual basis.

The parties waive participation in:

  • Class actions;

  • Collective actions;

  • Representative actions; and

  • Consolidated proceedings

to the extent such waiver is legally enforceable.

36.8 Small Claims

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court where permitted by applicable law and applicable court rules.

36.9 Injunctive Relief

Nothing prevents Streaming Card Show from seeking temporary or injunctive relief from a court when reasonably necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security or proprietary rights.

36.10 Severability

If part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to the maximum extent permitted by law.

36.11 Survival

This Section survives termination of an account, completion of an Event or termination of these Terms.

37. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES

Streaming Card Show may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Website or Web App.

This includes changing:

  • Matching functionality;

  • Public share features;

  • Profiles;

  • Notifications;

  • Show participation features;

  • Deal functionality;

  • Event maps; or

  • Other features.

A change in digital functionality does not ordinarily create a right to an Event refund.

If Streaming Card Show later introduces material new functionality—such as payment processing, shipping, remote transactions or another service materially different from the current Web App—we may provide additional or updated terms.

38. CONCEPT ART AND PROMOTIONAL IMAGERY

Certain photographs, illustrations, renderings, graphics, mockups, AI-generated images, composites, or other visual materials displayed on the Streaming Card Show Website, Web App, advertisements, social media, or other promotional materials may be used for illustrative, conceptual, or promotional purposes only.

Such materials may depict an anticipated Event atmosphere, layout, merchandise, activities, attendees, vendors, displays, signage, décor, production elements, or other features and should not be construed as an exact representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee of the actual live, in-person Streaming Card Show Event.

Actual Event conditions may differ, including with respect to:

  • Venue layout;

  • Crowd size or attendance;

  • Vendor participation;

  • Merchandise selection or availability;

  • Displays and décor;

  • Activities and programming;

  • Signage;

  • Production elements; and

  • Overall appearance or atmosphere.

The use of concept art or promotional imagery does not constitute a representation, warranty, or promise that any particular person, vendor, product, merchandise, activity, feature, layout, crowd size, or other depicted element will be present or available at any particular Streaming Card Show Event.

39. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Delack Media Group may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Security concerns;

  • Abuse of the Website or Web App;

  • Risk to another Participant;

  • Risk to Delack Media Group, the Event, or Venue;

  • Event misconduct;

  • Misuse of Show Codes, accounts, posts, Matches, or Deal functionality; or

  • Discontinuation of all or part of the Services.

Termination or restriction of Web App access does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

PART II — ADDITIONAL VENDOR TERMS

The following provisions apply to Vendors in addition to Part I.

If a Vendor-specific provision conflicts with a general provision regarding the Vendor’s exhibit activities, the more specific Vendor provision controls with respect to those activities.

40. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

40.1 Independent Business

Each Vendor participates as an independent business or individual.

The Vendor remains responsible for:

  • Merchandise;

  • Employees;

  • Assistants;

  • Contractors;

  • Representatives;

  • Exhibit operations; and

  • Business activities.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or other business association between the Vendor and Delack Media Group.

40.2 Legal Compliance

Vendors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning:

  • Consumer protection;

  • Sales and use taxes;

  • Business licensing;

  • Intellectual property;

  • Product safety;

  • Employment;

  • Privacy;

  • Payment processing; and

  • Other requirements applicable to their businesses or merchandise.

40.3 Professional Conduct

Vendors and their representatives must:

  • Treat Attendees, Vendors, Event personnel, and Venue personnel respectfully;

  • Conduct business honestly;

  • Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive behavior;

  • Follow reasonable Event and Venue instructions;

  • Maintain a clean and orderly exhibit space; and

  • Avoid materially interfering with neighboring Vendors or Event operations.

40.4 Merchandise Responsibility

Vendors represent that they have the legal right to possess, display, sell, trade, consign, or otherwise offer their Merchandise.

Vendors are responsible for representations they make regarding:

  • Authenticity;

  • Condition;

  • Grade;

  • Provenance;

  • Price;

  • Ownership; and

  • Product characteristics.

40.5 Vendor Personnel

The registered Vendor is responsible for conduct occurring within its exhibit space by its:

  • Employees;

  • Assistants;

  • Contractors;

  • Family members; and

  • Other representatives.

40.6 Enforcement

Delack Media Group may suspend, relocate, close, or revoke Vendor participation for:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Fraud;

  • Unlawful activity;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Materially disruptive behavior; or

  • Conduct reasonably inconsistent with Event operations.

Removal for violation ordinarily does not create a right to a refund.

41. TABLE ASSIGNMENTS

Vendor locations are determined by Delack Media Group.

Factors may include:

  • Reservation timing;

  • Sponsorship obligations;

  • Vendor mix;

  • Electricity;

  • Accessibility;

  • Fire code;

  • Production requirements; and

  • Floor-plan design.

Specific location requests are not guaranteed.

Delack Media Group may relocate or modify Vendor locations when reasonably necessary for Event operations, safety, production, accessibility, Venue requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Relocation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund or credit.

Published floor plans are illustrative and may change.

42. EXHIBIT SPACE

Vendors must keep Merchandise, equipment, signage, and displays within assigned areas.

Vendors may not:

  • Block aisles;

  • Block emergency exits;

  • Occupy unauthorized tables;

  • Extend displays materially into common areas;

  • Interfere with neighboring exhibits;

  • Create unsafe obstructions; or

  • Use restricted Venue areas without permission.

Delack Media Group does not guarantee separation from competing Vendors or Vendors offering similar merchandise.

No Vendor receives product-category exclusivity unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement executed or authorized by Delack Media Group.

43. SHOW LAYOUT AND PRODUCTION

Delack Media Group may change:

  • Vendor locations;

  • Aisles;

  • Entrances;

  • Ticketing areas;

  • Camera locations;

  • Livestream areas;

  • Sponsor areas;

  • Demonstration spaces;

  • Food locations;

  • Seating;

  • Signage; or

  • Other Event features.

Because Streaming Card Show incorporates livestreaming and media production, cameras, microphones, lighting, cables, production personnel, or other production equipment may be located near Vendor areas.

Reasonable Event-layout or production changes do not ordinarily create a right to a refund, credit, or compensation.

44. ELECTRICITY

Electrical service is not included unless specifically offered or confirmed by Delack Media Group.

Vendors requiring electricity should request it before the Event.

Delack Media Group does not guarantee uninterrupted electrical service.

Vendors must use safe and properly maintained electrical equipment and comply with applicable Venue, fire, and safety requirements.

Event or Venue personnel may disconnect equipment reasonably believed to create a safety hazard or violate Venue requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delack Media Group is not responsible for Vendor equipment damage, data loss, lost sales, or other losses caused by ordinary electrical interruption or failure outside Delack Media Group’s reasonable control.

45. SETUP AND TEAR-DOWN

Vendors must comply with setup and move-out schedules provided by Delack Media Group.

Unless otherwise communicated, Vendors may be permitted access before the scheduled Event opening to prepare their exhibit spaces.

Where VIP admission begins before General Admission, Vendors should make reasonable efforts to be fully operational before VIP admission begins.

Vendors may not begin material tear-down before the announced Event closing time without authorization from Delack Media Group, except in an emergency.

Vendors must remove:

  • Merchandise;

  • Displays;

  • Equipment;

  • Personal property; and

  • Refuse

by the announced move-out deadline.

A Vendor may be responsible for reasonable costs caused by failure to timely vacate, including:

  • Venue overtime;

  • Security;

  • Cleaning;

  • Disposal; and

  • Labor charges.

The Vendor must leave its assigned space reasonably clean and undamaged.

46. AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE WARRANTY

Maintaining the integrity of Streaming Card Show is important. Each Vendor is responsible for Merchandise it offers.

46.1 Vendor Warranty

Each Vendor represents and warrants, to the best of the Vendor’s knowledge, that Merchandise:

  • Is lawfully owned or lawfully controlled by the Vendor;

  • May legally be sold, traded, or transferred;

  • Is authentic when represented as authentic;

  • Is accurately represented in all material respects;

  • Does not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights; and

  • Complies with applicable law.

46.2 Prohibited Merchandise

Vendors may not knowingly display or offer:

  • Counterfeit merchandise;

  • Knockoffs represented as genuine;

  • Stolen property;

  • Fraudulently altered collectibles;

  • Forged autographs;

  • Counterfeit grading holders;

  • Merchandise intentionally misrepresented as authentic;

  • Illegal Merchandise; or

  • Merchandise whose sale or possession violates applicable law.

Delack Media Group may require immediate removal of questionable Merchandise.

46.3 Professionally Graded Collectibles

For professionally graded collectibles, the Vendor represents, to the best of its knowledge, that:

  • The grading holder is authentic;

  • The certification number corresponds to the item;

  • The holder has not been fraudulently altered, tampered with, resealed, or counterfeited; and

  • The Vendor is unaware of material fraud concerning the item.

46.4 No Delack Media Group Authentication

Delack Media Group does not inspect, authenticate, grade, appraise, certify, endorse, or guarantee Vendor Merchandise.

Vendor acceptance, table assignment, Web App participation, or display of a post does not constitute authentication, verification, approval, or endorsement by Delack Media Group.

46.5 Complaints

Delack Media Group may—but is not obligated to—investigate complaints concerning suspected:

  • Counterfeit merchandise;

  • Fraudulent merchandise;

  • Stolen merchandise; or

  • Material misrepresentation.

Vendors agree to reasonably cooperate with such investigations.

46.6 Enforcement

Where Delack Media Group reasonably believes a violation has occurred, it may:

  • Require removal of Merchandise;

  • Suspend sale of an item;

  • Restrict Web App posts;

  • Close or relocate a Vendor’s exhibit area;

  • Remove a Vendor from the Event;

  • Prohibit future participation; or

  • Cooperate with law enforcement, grading companies, manufacturers, intellectual-property owners, or other appropriate authorities.

46.7 Vendor Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delack Media Group, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and related Event parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • The Vendor’s Merchandise;

  • Counterfeit or infringing goods;

  • The Vendor’s material misrepresentations;

  • The Vendor’s unlawful activity; or

  • The Vendor’s material breach of this Authentic Merchandise Warranty.

47. VENDOR INSURANCE

Delack Media Group does not insure Vendor:

  • Inventory;

  • Merchandise;

  • Cash;

  • Equipment;

  • Displays;

  • Payment devices; or

  • Vehicles.

Vendors are encouraged to maintain appropriate property and commercial general liability insurance for their operations.

Vendors remain responsible for claims arising from their own:

  • Merchandise;

  • Displays;

  • Operations;

  • Employees;

  • Contractors; or

  • Business activities.

Delack Media Group may require certain Vendors—including food Vendors or other Vendors whose operations present additional risk—to provide evidence of insurance as a condition of participation.

Insurance maintained by Delack Media Group or the Venue does not provide insurance coverage to a Vendor unless expressly stated in writing.

48. VENDOR TAX OBLIGATIONS

Each Vendor is independently responsible for determining and satisfying all tax obligations arising from its activities.

These may include:

  • Sales tax;

  • Use tax;

  • Income tax;

  • Employment tax;

  • Self-employment tax; and

  • Other applicable governmental assessments.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining required:

  • Licenses;

  • Permits;

  • Registrations;

  • Resale certificates; and

  • Tax identification numbers.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Delack Media Group does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of independent Vendors merely because they participate in a Streaming Card Show Event or use the Web App.

Participation in an Event or use of the Web App does not, by itself, establish a marketplace-facilitator relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Delack Media Group and a Vendor.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining records necessary to satisfy their tax obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendors agree to indemnify Delack Media Group against third-party governmental claims, penalties, interest, or assessments arising from the Vendor’s failure to satisfy its own applicable tax obligations.

49. VENDOR AUDIO, SIGNAGE AND SOLICITATION

Without prior authorization from Delack Media Group, Vendors may not:

  • Play amplified music;

  • Use amplified announcements;

  • Use speakers or other audio that materially interferes with production or neighboring Vendors;

  • Extend signage outside their allocated space;

  • Obstruct aisles with promotional activity;

  • Distribute promotional materials in unauthorized areas; or

  • Conduct solicitation outside authorized Vendor activities.

Delack Media Group may require disruptive activities or equipment to stop immediately.

50. VENDOR WEB APP ACTIVITY

Vendors using live.streamingcardshow.com remain subject to all Web App provisions contained in Part I of these Terms.

Vendor use of the Web App does not:

  • Make Delack Media Group the seller of Vendor Merchandise;

  • Make Delack Media Group a payment processor;

  • Verify the Vendor’s inventory;

  • Verify authenticity or condition;

  • Guarantee a Vendor’s table location;

  • Guarantee that a Vendor will remain at a particular table;

  • Guarantee availability of listed Merchandise;

  • Guarantee the accuracy of Vendor-supplied information; or

  • Guarantee completion of a Match or Deal.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their Profile and applicable Show information reasonably accurate.

51. FOOD AND OTHER SPECIALTY VENDORS

Vendors selling or distributing food, beverages, or other regulated products are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all legally required:

  • Permits;

  • Licenses;

  • Certifications;

  • Insurance;

  • Health-department approvals; and

  • Other governmental authorizations.

Delack Media Group may require documentation before permitting such activity.

Authorization to participate in a Streaming Card Show Event does not constitute a determination, representation, or warranty by Delack Media Group that a Vendor has satisfied applicable regulatory requirements.

52. SPONSORS

If a Sponsor also receives Vendor or exhibit space, the Vendor provisions of these Terms apply unless a separate written sponsorship agreement expressly provides otherwise.

A sponsorship relationship does not create:

  • An agency relationship;

  • Joint venture;

  • Partnership; or

  • General endorsement by Delack Media Group of all Sponsor products or services.

Specific Sponsor benefits are governed by the applicable sponsorship agreement, sponsorship package, or other written offer authorized by Delack Media Group.

53. SURVIVAL

54.4 No Waiver

  • Fiduciary relationship

between Delack Media Group and an Attendee, Vendor, Sponsor, or other Participant.
